We were the first to introduce the EVOLT 360 to Newnan within Coweta County pioneering and setting the ground work for what should be considered the standard when it comes to personal trainings and professional help. Our coaching blends science-based strength training, conditioning, and martial-arts inspired movement with real accountability and a supportive community. Our trainers are diverse in their own experience that have the drive and passion to help others achieve new heights within their capabilities.​
